Who Qualifies for Toner Pick-Up?
To qualify, your location must be within 50 miles of Toner Connect’s office at:

We only provide pick-up services for verified business locations. Additionally, each order must meet the minimum value requirement based on its distance from our Passaic office.
Toner Connect Pick-Up Requirements
Business Location Required
All pick-ups must take place at a valid and verified business location. Residential pick-ups are not eligible.
Items Must Be Genuine and in Perfect Condition
Toner Connect only accepts genuine name brand toner cartridges in perfect condition.
We do not accept:
- Generic toner
- Opened items
- Damaged boxes
- Non-name-brand products
Quotes Must Be Submitted 48 Hours in Advance
Customers must submit their quote at least 48 hours before the requested pick-up time.
We may approve last-minute pick-ups with less than 24 hours’ notice if our schedule allows. However, we will apply a $20 late service fee. A $20 late service fee will apply.

10 AM to 2 PM
Orders Must Be Ready When the Driver Arrives
All toner must be prepared, organized, inspected, and ready to load into the company vehicle upon arrival.

Additional Items Must Be Quoted First
Any items not included in the original quote will not be paid for during pick-up.
Unquoted items must be dropped off at our warehouse for inspection. If Toner Connect decides to purchase them, payment will be mailed by check.
Minimum Order Requirements by Distance
To qualify for pick-up, your order must meet the following minimum value:
0–20 miles: $500 or more
21–30 miles: $750 or more
31–40 miles: $1,000 or more
41–50 miles: $1,500 or more
